Differences between 2015 Model and 2016 Model

I am in the process of finalizing my purchase of a new 2016 landmark 365 Ashland and noticed a few items that have me confused.
Lack of aluminium Awning covers
Lack of Aluminium Steps
Foam Mattress instead of Pillow top.

Was there a point in the build year that these options became standard?
