We are visiting the US from Scotland and have recently purchased our first travel trailer. We bought it from Johnnie Walker RV in Las Vegas. We were extremely impressed by their customer service - nothing is too much trouble for them. They encourage new owners to stay in their lot for a few days fully hooked up to test everything (we were there for 10 nights as we hadn't purchased our truck and they were more than happy to accommodate us). We had a few minor issues which were rectified promptly and to a high standard. Heartland are checking out a few things but no show stoppers. We were made to feel like part of the Johnnie Walker family. We were given advice on insurance, purchasing our truck and hitches. At no time did we feel pressured to buy anything or do anything we were uncomfortable with. They are a real credit to the industry. Most of their employees have been there for 15 years or more. We would recommend them very highly!
