TST TPMS flow through yes or no

We are pulling the trigger on the TST TPMS and have to decide if we want the Flow through or not. Anyone who has had or has them, can you tell me your preferred system. When reading reviews some say the flow through are really slow when trying to top up with air. Has this been the case or have you not had any problems with the flow through valves?
Also do the flow through valves cause you any concerns because of the length?
