ATF: North Trail - Recall #99-01-25, Tire Pressure Data

I am the second owner of my NT 30RKDD and I just received notice (from Good Sam Club) of the data sticker indicating improper tire pressures. How my I obtain a replacement decal showing the proper tire data without having to pay a dealership to do something I can do myself?
