Ladder for Bunkhouse Mallard M29

There really needs to be a ladder added to the bunkhouse on the M29, not an easy climb for sleepy 9yr old. There are no hand holds either, my kid can climb like a monkey but with not place to grab and smooth walls it's a bit of a challenge. I will have to add one myself that does not block the bottom bunk. I'll let you know what I come up with. And if anyone has a solution let me know.
