We took our Big Country to Lippert service in Goshen today for a slide issue.
Prior to this we took it to the rv dealer up the street so Billy Ray could try to fix it. The main slide had become out of sync. Grinding popping ugly sounds when it moved and it was about two inches on one end from closing completely.
The folks at Lippert from the office to the techs were phenomenal.
They not only fixed it at reasonable cost (out of warranty) but took a lot of time to explain the repair. They sent out a tech with us to make sure we were completely satisfied. They urged us to call their support folks for any help we may need in the future, and they turned us on to their app. For smart phones. A plethora of information is on the app.
So if you are anywhere near Goshen, (we were four hours away) go to Lippert for service. Do not take it to billy bob up the street.
