ATF: Cyclone - Adding a window

We love our 4000HD cyclone. Would we be able to have a window added on the Drivers side bedroom slide above the bed by your technicians. I know that there is something about cutting the hole, then taking the cut out and using that to make an exact frame for that opening. I remember reading about that somewhere.
