Wet bolts in shackles

As a new owner I am still finding my way around, but was somewhat surprised that my 2016/BH did not have greaseable shackles from the factory. I've had shackle failures in the past, and will upgrade in a year or so, but is this new cost cutting? I was sure that I read somewhere that they came with wt bolts and heavy shackles?
